A Touch of Chanel™ does offer a Limited One-Year warranty on all products sold on our website at an additional price per repair. Every item A Touch of Chanel™ carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects in Crystals, Glue, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, and impact are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer as to the validity of the warranty, and to either repair or replace defective merchandise.
If you feel there is a problem with the manufacturing of an item you purchased from A Touch of Chanel™, please feel free to contact us for help with resolving the matter with the manufacturer. If it is a clear warranty issue, we may ask that you contact the manufacturer directly, in accordance with their policies and procedures, and for a quicker resolution. Note: Our warranty does not include repair of items that have been thrown, dropped or mistreated.
